The Disney World Internships are one of the most competitive in the world. If you’re lucky enough to land an interview, you’ll need to be prepared to answer some tough questions. In addition to the standard questions about your qualifications and experience, you can expect to be asked about your knowledge of Disney’s history and culture. The interview process is challenging, but it’s also an incredible opportunity to learn more about Disney and its operations. You may be asked the following questions at the interview:

The Walt Disney World College Program and other opportunities offer a wide variety of activities to learn about the business while also gaining valuable work experience. Disney Professional Internships pay their interns a salary of $22 an hour. In addition to the hourly wage, some interns also receive housing, transportation, and other benefits.

If you plan to submit an application for the Fall program, the application period will open in January and last until March. Likewise, in order to be considered for the Spring program, applicants must submit their applications by the end of August or early October.
